Rafiul Islam is 28 years old and runs a small grocery shop in Mirpur, Dhaka. For him, cricket is more than just a game — it's a passion. When the BPL season kicks off, his days and nights revolve around the matches. One day, a friend told him about taka10He was hesitant at first, but decided to start with a small bet.
Strategy-Building Process
Rafiul quickly realised that betting on gut feeling alone wouldn't cut it. He started reading taka10's analytics section regularly — pitch reports, toss history, which teams perform best at which venues — and used all of that to inform every bet he placed. In his first week, he staked ৳500 and got back ৳950. A small win, but it built his confidence.
Milestones of Success
In his second week, Rafiул went a little bigger — ৳2,000. He won the match and doubled his money. "I never put all my funds on a single bet," he said. "I kept a maximum of 10% of my bankroll on any one bet." That discipline was what set him apart.
In the third week, Rafiul placed a big bet on the Dhaka Dominators vs. Chattogram Challengers match. The pitch report indicated batting-friendly conditions, and Dhaka's batting lineup was strong. In that single bet, he turned ৳15,000 into a ৳35,000 win.
With seven correct predictions across seven weeks, Rafiul's total winnings reached ৳3,40,000. Today, he proudly says, "taka10 has changed my life."
